Our Community Guidelines

Welcome to our community

Welcome! This is a private, learning space created to support you as you go through your program or membership.

By being part of this community, you agree to follow the guidelines below. That’s how we keep this space focused, supportive and valuable for everyone.

The purpose of our community

This community exists to:

• ask questions and get support
• share wins, challenges and insights
• connect with fellow members

This is not a place to turn other members into customers or business opportunities.

Temporary communities

Some communities on this platform are tied to a specific launch or event and only run for a limited time. If you’re in one of these, the community will close and your access will end once that period is over. Save anything you want to keep before then.

No self-promotion

Self-promotion is not allowed, unless explicitly stated in a designated post or thread.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• selling or promoting products, services, courses, programs, events or memberships
• promoting your webinar, live stream, workshop or challenge
• posting links to your own website, landing pages or groups
• posting affiliate links
• sharing “free offers” or freebies
• posting photos that include your social handles, URLs or business name
• posting surveys, market research questions or polls
• posting full blog posts or long-form content (with or without links)
• posting content that isn’t relevant to the community
• sharing business links in your community profile

We may occasionally share or promote something ourselves if we believe it’s useful for the group. This is our community and we reserve that right.

No promotion of other people or companies

Outside promotion is also not allowed, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

This includes:

• sharing links to someone else’s website, group or offer
• talking about your or someone else’s support group
• posting videos or content created by someone else

No videos or live streams

Please do not:

• post videos of yourself
• upload video content
• go live or stream into the group

…unless explicitly invited or instructed to do so.

No solicitation or “DM me” requests

Please do not:

• ask people to message you privately
• post comments like “DM me for details,” “message me if you want help” or similar
• use the community to generate leads or business opportunities

No private messages without permission

Do not send private messages to:

• other members of this community
• Sigrun
• the team
• mentors or subgroup managers

…unless you have clear prior permission, for example:

• someone explicitly asked you to message them in a comment
• you were invited to continue a conversation privately

Unsolicited DMs are not allowed.

Subgroups and side communities

Please do not create:

• subgroups
• side chats
• parallel communities

using participants from this community without express written permission from Sigrun.

SOMBA® and Sigrun® are trademarked and may not be used without permission.

Do your own due diligence

Connections may naturally form in this community. That’s great, and also your responsibility.

If you choose to:

• hire someone
• collaborate
• enter into any business or personal relationship

please do your own due diligence and use clear written agreements.

Sigrun and her team are not responsible for outcomes arising from relationships formed within the community.

Access or payment support

The community is not the place for support on how to access the teaching platform or to enquire about your payment terms.

Please contact the team directly at info@sigrun.com

Moderation & enforcement

We aim to create a supportive environment, not to police every interaction.

That said:

• posts or comments may be removed without notice if they don’t follow these guidelines
• repeated or serious violations may result in removal from the community
• in some cases, your access to the program or membership may be revoked without refund, in line with our Program Terms

Final note

We’re here to support you, and we trust you to help keep this space respectful, focused and valuable.

Thank you for being part of this community. Now… let’s build your business 🚀

Sigrun & Team
