What you are installing: the SOMBA Claude plugin
This page is for SOMBA members and the Sigrun team. What you are installing. What is inside it. What has to be true before it sells a course, sells an offer, or grows a list. Read it here, on Sigrun’s site. This is the member-facing copy.
A plugin is a box. Inside the box are skills. A skill is one job written down to a standard. “Name this founder’s ideal client.” “Write the landing page for this freebie.” Written so an agent can run it without you in the room. You install the box once. You get every skill in it, and every skill we add to it later.
You never type a skill name. You describe the job in your own words. Claude picks the skill. That is the whole interface.
Owning the cookbook is not dinner
A plugin is the cookbook. A skill is one recipe. An agent is the cook. A scheduled job is the alarm. A receipt is the photo of the dish. Owning the cookbook is not dinner. There are seven states. Each one has to be proven separately. A light on step 2 tells you nothing about step 6.
Say the number. “We are at 2 on all 21 agents” is a useful sentence. “The agents are live” is true at state 1 and at state 7, so it means nothing in between.
GCT for this room
Goals, then Content, then Targeting. In that order. Most people start with targeting. That is backwards.
Course and offer sales, plus list growth, for women founders inside SOMBA. Kickstart builds the first course. Ignite grows the list and the low-ticket offer. Advantage scales the ones already selling.

How it updates
One address: https://github.com/dennisyu/blitzmetrics-skills. Improve there. Refresh from there. Never download a new file. Never re-upload. Do not assume a release reached you. Refresh, then run one real request in a fresh chat. That is the only proof that counts.
Install blitzmetrics-everything or selected topical bundles, not both. Plus means available. Gear means installed. The skills hand work to each other, which is why the full box is the default.
What a link cannot do
No web page can install a plugin into a Claude account. Not this one. Not anyone’s. A page can hand Claude the address. A human still clicks Install.
Exception: Claude Team or Enterprise. The workspace owner distributes once. Members just have it. That is the SOMBA path. One owner sets it up. Kickstart, Ignite, and Advantage students do not each hunt a zip.

A scheduled job, in this room’s nouns
Every Monday at 8:00, run weekly-brand-maa for [this founder’s course] and email the report to [her address]. Spell the business, the skill, the time, where the result goes, and who gets alerted if nothing shows up. “Send me the weekly report” will fail.
Receipt
Receipt goes here when we have one. A named founder, a dated run, a course sale or a list-growth number traced to the artifact. We will not put a fake euro figure on this page. The member library is stamped 12 Aug 2026. The live /somba-agents/ overview is passworded and was still stale when Ina checked it in August 2026. Fix the live member pages. Then put the receipt here.
